Freedom Fitness Studio seeks to make clients feel as comfortable as possible as they begin their journey to health.
How long are classes?
Each class is approximately 1 hour long.
What should I wear?
Clients should dress comfortably, as they should be prepared for a lot of movement and sweat. Training shoes, loose fitting shorts or leggings and a loose fitting shirt or tank top is appropriate attire. Freedom Fitness Studio asks that clients dress respectfully and avoid inappropriate dress.
How long will it take me to lose weight?
It depends on how hard you are willing to work. Client's dedication levels significantly altar the weight-loss program. If you strictly follow the program, it takes about two weeks to begin losing weight. On average, clients lose 1-2 pounds weekly.
Is calorie restriction required?
Yes. You have to be aware of the amount of calories you consume each day. A client should be in control of the amount of calories being consumed. This does not have to be a scary process! There are many foods to continue incorporating and even adding to reach your fitness goals.
Will I lose weight if I just exercise?
Exercising will help boost your metabolism. However, if your diet involves an overconsumption of food, weight loss will be limited or stopped altogether.
What if I have an injury?
Freedom Fitness Studio works with clients of all walks of life. The most common injuries are a hurt back and high blood pressure. Patricia choreographs a plethora of exercises with numerous modifications to cater to all specific needs.
