Unlimited Classes | $75/month

This monthly subscription is best suited for those desiring to incorporate workout classes into their weekly schedule. This plan allows a client to attend as many group classes as they desire.

Private Trainig Sessions | $45/class

This option provides focused attention on your form, technique and progress. Workouts are personalized and tailored to your specific goals and fitness level. Each private session is one hour.
